    • Wearing a mask when you receive goods
    • Allowing for a distance of 1.5m between you and our couriers or store employees

    TFG offers delivery to your door:

    For orders excluding furniture:

    • Delivery is FREE to an address of your choice for orders to the value of R500 or more
    • A delivery fee of R50 is charged on orders under R500
    • Delivery takes place between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

    For furniture orders:

    • Furniture items are delivered separately to other items
    • An additional delivery fee, calculated at checkout, will be applied to your order. The fee is calculated using the location of your address relative to our distribution centre
    • TFG offers an assembly service, free of charge, if the item comes unassembled
    • Please ensure sufficient space to receive the goods
    • TFG & our Couriers are not able to hoist goods onto balconies in office or apartment complexes

    Our priority is keeping our people and customers safe, so read below to find out what we're doing and to answer any questions you may have.

    All TFG brand stores are now open.
    All stores are open for trading. Some stores may be closed for deep cleaning, so if you want to confirm, please give your closest store a call. Store details can be found here.

    All product are now for sale.
    Most stores will be open on weekdays from 09.00 - 17.00. These hours may be different on weekends and public holidays so it's best to check with your closest store before you visit.
    We're doing everything we can to maintain a safe environment in our stores. Our team have the latest information & guidelines about preventative measures. We've implemented the following:
    • Our employees will all wear masks
    • Our employees will continue to practice social distancing
    • Our employees will continue to sanitize surfaces & their hands as per requirements
    • We may limit the number of customers allowed in our stores
    • We have alcohol-based hand sanitiser at every store's entrance for customers to use
    • All customers are required to wear masks or visors
    In stores where we are able to conduct the right level of regular cleaning, fitting rooms will be open. In other stores, we have closed all fitting rooms to help reduce the risk of infection. We will continue to honour our 30-day returns policy. Our people have strict safety protocols in place to manage all returned product.
    There is a lot you can do to protect yourself:
    • Bring in and pack your own carrier bag
    • Do not try items on in-store
    • Practice social distancing from other shoppers and employees in the store
    • Wear a mask at all times
    In stores where we are able to conduct the right level of regular cleaning, fitting rooms will be open. In other stores, we have closed all fitting rooms to help reduce the risk of infection. We recommend not trying products on in stores.
    Unfortunately our beauty teams will not be doing any make-overs or providing any testers at the moment.
    The wearing of masks is compulsory as per government guidelines.
    If your plastic Gift Card expired between 23 March and 24 April 2020, please call our contact centre on 0860 834 834 - we will replace it with an eGift Card to the same value.

    If your Gift Card expired between 25 April 2020 and 30 June 2020, an automatic extension of 3 months applies, i.e. if your card expiry date was 28-04-2020, the new expiry will now be 27-07-2020. To redeem, head into any of our stores before the extended 3 month period.
    Yes, our online stores are open, and you can continue to shop online. For American Swiss and Sterns, you can visit their websites and order directly with them.
    You can now buy all products online.
    We're processing orders as quickly as possible, but due to the safety precautions being taken and the large number of orders we're receiving, there may be some delays in our deliveries. We'd really appreciate your patience.

    If you can, designate a delivery zone outside your front door where all packages are left. To be extra safe, we suggest removing the outer box or bag as soon as soon as possible and disposing of immediately. If you can't, wipe the box or bag down with sanitiser. When you've removed the item inside, sanitise the packaging of that too and ensure you wash your hands immediately afterwards. When dealing with delivered items inside your house, use a hard surface that can be cleaned easily.

    Yes, you can pay your account instore at our tills or using our self service secure PayNow QR code.
    You can pay it online with a Credit, Debit card, or Instant EFT using your Account or card number by visiting https://pay.mytfgworld.com/paynow.
    1. Enter your TFG account or TFG account card number. The system will pull up what your account balance is and what you need to pay.
    2. You can then pay using your bank credit/debit card or through an Instant EFT.

    We have started to open new account applications in our stores only, but please note that the response time for your application will be slightly delayed.
    All applications that were not approved before the lockdown have been cancelled. You will need to re-apply in any store, online on www.tfg.co.za/accounts or by calling Customer Services on 0860 834 834.
    Your R1500 TFG discount vouchers were extended by the duration of the lockdown period. Vouchers were SMS'd to the cell number on your application.
    Yes, completed lay-bys can now be collected.
    New lay-bys on all products can be opened.
    Yes, you can cancel your lay-by in the store that you have it held at. We will charge you a 1% admin fee on the full purchase price. You'll then receive the balance that you have paid.
